I have an account at www.cocwtraining.com, and I remember my password, Can I log into the new site?
Answer – Yes! Please visit www.cdhsacademy.com, and log in with your existing information.
I’m pretty sure I have an account, but I don’t remember my username and/or my password, what do I do?
Answer #1 – If you remember your username (which is a valid email address that you can check), but you don’t remember your password, go to the Website, and click the “Forgot Your Password” link. Enter your email, and a new password will be emailed to you.
Answer #2 – If you don’t remember your username, or your password, please contact Central Registration. They will do one of the following:
Give you your username. You can then click on the “Forgot Your Password” link, and have a new password sent to you.
Reset your username, so that it is a valid email address. You can then click on the “Forgot Your Password” link, and have a new password sent to you.
I don’t have an account on the old site, can I create a new one?
Answer – Yes! Please visit the new site, www.cdhsacademy.com, and click the “Create an Account” button. (Be sure to use a valid email address as your username – you’ll need it to validate your account.)
I don’t remember if I ever created an account on the old site? How do I find out?
Answer – Please contact Central Registration, and they will check to see whether or not you have an account. Based on what they find, there are a couple of possibilities:
If you have an account, and the username is a valid email address that you can access, they will give you your username. You can then click on the “Forgot Your Password” link, and have a new password sent to you.
If you have an account, and your username is not a valid email address, they will reset username, so that it is a valid email address. You can then click on the “Forgot Your Password” link, and have a new password sent to you.
If you do not have an account, they will ask you to visit the site and create a new account.
